Hopefully that's a move in the right direction. The defense has a chance to be outstanding in the future. I know this doesn't need to be said but Jen had better demand that the new OC hire have a scheme to maximize Sam.

Junior Adams comes from the Eastern spread system. He was the offensive coordinator for a Western Kentucky team that avg'd 335 yards a game through the air in 2017. He coached Cooper kupp for Christ sakes. It will be interesting to see if we see a little more creativity to get guys open in the passing game. Hopefully Huard plays the last 3 games and possibly a bowl game so he's ready to hit the ground running in 2022.

At this point, why? I would play him, but no more than four games. Which means he can only play in three more. Hell, we have to win two of the next three for a Bowl, so there is probably only three games left.

Zero reason not to Red Shirt him now. The UCLA game was the time to play him. Morris was shitty. A few more series in the AZ game was the time to play him. Morris was shitty. Hell, Morris has been shitty all year, so I really see no reason they will change it up.

If he plays one more game than allowed to Red Shirt then they are dumber than even I think they are. That is saying a lot because this is the worst staff I can ever remember. That includes defenses run by Bear and Holt and the 0 fer squad!
