Dawgs seem to be figuring it out.

MUCH BETTER the last couple games against some quality opponents.

Beat George Mason 77-74 behind Terrell Brown's 23 points and a solid bench performance by PJ Fuller with 21 points. Brown has been unstoppable in the paint this year. Fuller found his stroke finishing 6-11 with 3x 3 pointers and 6-6 from the free throw line.

Tonight, they beat a very good South Dakota State team that was averaging 90.7 PPG, 10th in the country. They held SDSU to just 76 points winning 87-76. Brown was unstoppable again - he scored 32 points on a SCORCHING 13-18 from the field with 0x 3 pointers. He is just a beast in the mid-range game and getting to the rack. Fuller, Bay and Matthews each contributed 12-14 points in what was a great all around team effort.

The last two games the Dawgs are shooting above 50% - a stark improvement from early games where they couldn't buy a bucket. They also hit 16 3's over that span - a great sign.

It's because I wasn't watching. LOL, every time I watch they go seven minutes scoreless, with 4 turnover and shoot 0 Fer 7!

Yes, I am cautiously becoming more optimistic. Certainly more than than I am about the football team. Brown definitely seems to be a prolific scorer. Finally.

And now they lose games to Nevada and Winthrop. Can't wait for that Gonzaga beatdown.

This smells more like a program that knows it is about to get embarrassed. Sorry, I hate to be that pessimistic, but how did 100s of athletes manage to get us through a football season, but a roster of 10 or 15 is going to basically cancel a month's worth of games?

That would leak out and everyone involved would be instantly fired.
