Re: We're number #1
That has to be bullshit dude.
If the expenses are per player then an away game would cost UW:
$103,437 x 115 = $11,895,255 per game.
Multiply that by 7 for a season (assuming bowl game)
$83,266,785
Yes, that would be 83 million dollars per season.
Now if the number of $103,437 per away game for the team, I would believe that.

Or a clerical error for the UW with whoever calculated it.

UW football is doomed now. At best their future is to be a Big Ten Bitch like Northwestern, Indiana and Rutgers. And they could well end up as a "power" player in a WAC type conference instead.
Re: We're number #1
Um, I think the UW is a better program than any of the three you mentioned. We can compete favorably with Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and are far better than Northwestern, Indiana, and Rutgers. Besides, it's likely Oregon, Cal, and Stanford use our coattails and those three ain't patsies, either.Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Fri Jul 15, 2022 3:21 pmUW football is doomed now.
