I don’t know. These highly rated Washington kids sure seem to struggle when they move up a level. He never seemed to have much of an impact.

I just think they don’t play anyone in HS here, so they look better than they are. Then? They compete against kids as good or better than them and they don’t know how to react.

that didnt prove true for fellow 5-stars JT Tuimalao and Emeka Egbuka, both one class behind but light years ahead of Smalls now - each look like future first-rounders.
