Still can't believe both Hawks and Huskies bye weeks are this season. I guess if we can just get through this weekend we won't have to worry about it for at least a year! lol

Been eyeing the upcoming Oregon game battle of undefeateds for a while - mentioned a few weeks ago to my Duck friend how for once UW had a bye right before playing them, only to have him retort that so does Oregon. i think that helps them more than us, as our offense being so diverse and prolific, it requires as much defensive prep time as you could hope for. Last year's game was epic, salvaged only by Penix' heroic arm. i know the Ducks lost a lot of guys, but from transfer portal are supposedly even better, as are the Dawgs this year. Tempting to think the winner could be headed to CFP but both teams still face the gauntlet of SC, Utah, OSU, and Wazzu, so this is just the hardest/first test in that series.

I bet you Oklahoma jumps us. It will be Oklahoma 6 and Texas will drop to 10. 7, 8 and 9 will stay the same.

I see at least 2 losses in their remaining games, with a real chance for three (or more) considering OSU, Utah and WSU are very tough matches. Then next year our Big 10 debut will be without Penix. We may have to endure a season with Dylan Morris at the qb spot and likely end up among the bottom feeders of the league. They have a great offense with a mediocre defense and will have to score nearly every time they get the ball to beat Oregon and USC. IMO they are nowhere near being the 7th best team in the nation. Maybe third in the Pac-12

USC is having major problems with Arizona at home. They barely beat a bad Colorado team. They aren't on the same level as Oregon and Washington in my opinion.

SC needed 3 OTs to beat AZ who we handled fairly easily. Utah lost to OSU who lost to WSU who lost to UCLA who lost to Utah. Those four are all second tier teams. If we beat Oregon which I fear we won't, we are home free.
