Well it was quite the season to remember, but the final game we got our teeth kicked in.
These are the types of schools Washington will be playing next year.
Can they hang with the beasts of the east?!?!

Tough game.

They just didn't play like themselves at all and the play calling matched it.

They needed to spread Michigan out and force them to cover the whole field. Why UW was in bunch formations pretty much every play until the 4th Q makes 0 sense at all. They needed to beat Michigan with tempo and speed... instead they tried to take em head on which is incredibly dumb.

Defensively they called the wrong game off the rip... they needed to be run blitzing the entire game and again, just tried to play them straight up. Silly.

And of course beating Ohio state is what's significant, gotta love it
For Wolverines coach Jim Harbaugh, hoisting the CFP trophy Monday night was a feather in the cap of the ultimate Michigan Man who carried on many tenets injected into the program by his former coach, the legendary Bo Schembechler. Harbaugh, who struggled to beat Ohio State across his first six seasons at Michigan, has now taken down his program's arch rival in three straight seasons, winning as many Big Ten Championship Games and now a national title.

Social media is ripping all over the one-sided officiating so it isn't just us. Even though we didn't play well and took 11 points off the board, if the officiating is on the level at the very least we would have had a decent shot at winning. How many replays tonight did we see of Michigan players grabbing Husky jerseys? Five? Six? And none the other way around. It was our first Super Bowl all over again.

Yeah, this was Super Bowl XL. If I was a Michigan fan I'd be pissed. They really did out play us. Imagine winning by 21 and having the officiating called into question!?

I don't have a Twitter account, and most of my Facebook friends are bitter Cougar fans rejoicing right now, so I don't know about the social media reaction. But I know I sure saw a poorly officiated game.
