A bit surprised by McMillan after missing so much of this year to injury. but unlikely he'll ever be a No. 1 receiver at the next level, maybe not that much room from mid-round floor to 2nd round ceiling, so maybe that's what he's thinking. Polk i dont see as being even that good - he's a #3 at best.
