Has to be worried about the injuries, right? RBs need to get paid quick, and he has already played four years of college ball. That's a lot of miles. I think it's a mistake, and often times when these guys make this mistake it's a big one. My guess is he would have made more money playing next year for Washington. But? Maybe they just don't want to go through the coaching change, and DJ already transferred? Maybe this was the best option?

good move for him - he was never gonna approach first or second round status, or likely reproduce the stats and film he put up this year despite the injuries. His pass pro alone gives him value in the NFL - never seen anyone better at the halfback (not fullback) position for that particular skill.
