Shane Wright (21) 11 goals, 18 assists, 29 points

Conor Bedard (19) 15 goals, 30 assists, 45 points

Macklin Celebrini (18) 17 goals, 22 assists, 39 points

Granted, the Kraken would have likely had to have the #1 overall pick in those other two drafts, but still, that's some awful luck.

Beniers looks like he's going to top out as a 50-60 point player, but I do think that Wright will be an All-Star in the not-too-distant future.

Looks like a Ron Francis design issue too. Bad luck on drafts? But, the team design and now multiple coaches. I think the wrong guys is pulling the trigger. Right now, not sure if there is other excuses. I am definitely not a hockey expert, but Ron doesn't look like one and as a team designer.

Especially handing Beniers a seven-year contract after he regressed, and still isn't showing any signs of improvement. Combine that with the seven-year deal to Stephenson and that pretty much kills their cap space. They pretty much have to trade some of their better veteran players.
