This is a brilliant idea. We'll need some sort of a lottery system to get in. The best will be a shared needle program where random needles provide you entrance to the camp. It should definitely be courtside seating. And there should be state sponsored heroin injections both pregame and between halves or periods. Let some Alice in Chains rip through the speakers. The team name should be the Seattle Junkies, and they can just put a big picture of Cobain's face on the jersey.

Not to be too political......but.......

How is it the people who live in Washington/Oregon/California can't see that overtly Democratic policies are failing and failing tragically.

The homeless/drug use issues in these states is out of control.

I just don't understand how these states keep voting for the left, when socialism has caused nothing but abject failure in those states.

(Gets down off his soapbox.....)

I think a lot of people are so invested in their beliefs that no amount of evidence contradicting those beliefs, no matter how compelling, will change their minds. They will just twist the truth to allow themselves to avoid any cognitive dissonance. For example, a lot of Seattle liberals blame Amazon because they have become so successful and hired so many people that they have made housing unaffordable in Seattle and caused the homeless crisis. That is why they all thought it made complete sense to tax Amazon with the head tax to solve the problem that they created. :|

Not making this up.

Yeah, but what happens when everyone starts throwing used needles onto the ice rather than dead fish?

BTW, are you really Daniel Vogelbach, and, if so, how did you find this forum? And how do you feel about not getting invited to the home run derby?

Washington, Oregon, and California are all capitalist econnomies with California recently surpassing the United Kingdom to become the world's 5th largest econonmy. So, the states are neither socialist nor tragically failing. They're just struggling with the same problem facing the rest of America. The middle class is fading out of existence and as a result people are more often choosing a life of street ampthetimines and/or opiates.

I think the Republican strategy would probably involve sweeping the streets and throwing all the junkies in jail. I can see why people would vote against that approach.
