Vegas Golden Knights their first three seasons

Season 1: division title, Stanley Cup finalist
Season 2: eliminated in first round on horseshit penalty
Season 3: division title, conference finalist
The Knights have set the bar incredibly high. If the Kraken don't at least make the conference final in their first three seasons it's going to feel like a failure.

I think they'll do well with Ron Francis as their GM. He's a Hall Of Famer who built a good team in Carolina, although they fired him the season before the team really took off.
If anything, hopefully he's like Jerry Dipoto in one way: he looks for players who are like him.
