The Most Agonizing Night in Recent Memory so I'll try to keep this light: the Golden Knights are tough, and so is this Canes team. All is not lost however, because this Kraken team is different. Its a tall order given the circumstances, but Carolina is coming off of Buffalo, who are still rebuilding, and the Sharks, who are in hell suffering for GM sins come to roost: not exactly world beaters. We aren’t exactly world beaters yet either, but they keep showing real promise, and a signature win tonight would show huge growth on their part.

Damn, two straight horse crap high sticking calls leading to free goals and then Gru gives up another one, three goals in 3:20.
And there's another one. Two straight games Gru has given up five goals. He's even worse than last season.

How did this guy ever win the Vezina award? At this point, I'm rolling with Martin Jones as my starter for the rest of the season.

Are you sure it wasn't the Vaseline award?

The easiest answer is that the Gravelanche had a better defense, but still you're having about 25 shots per game getting through your defenders so I don't get it either.
