After Tuesday's 6th straight win, 4-3 (not really that close) over the Gaybres, the Kraken went into Boston to play the Ruins who are not only the league's best team, but by far the league's best team, and whooped 'em.
This is getting ridiculous. 7 in a row, 6 on the road, some top-tier opponents, and these games aren't even close.
Man, what an exciting game this was! Jones with his 2nd straight shutout and this one was high-quality.
7 in a row! Kraken shut out league's best team, the Ruins, 3-0

Actually 27-4. 32-4-4 with 5 OT and/or shootout victories and 4 losses. Since that's really a glorified skills competition, your true record is regulation wins and losses, in their case 27-4 which is just about as good and the Kraken smoked them in their barn.

Too bad it took half a season for Hakstol and/or Francis to figure out that Grubauer sucks and Martin would be a better option. Probably cost them several wins. Still, i have to admit i have been unfair if not grievously callous in my criticisms of them the past year and a half.

It was fair to criticize them last season for tanking but it seems to have paid off hasn't it?
