Syria: Any thoughts
Syria: Any thoughts
I have seen some videos and pictures of the "Rebels", and they did not look like a rag-tag bunch of farmers who had picked up pitchforks and the family's hunting rifle. They looked like a professional army, 1st rate uniforms, body armor, drones, etc. I think this is looks like a well-funded coup.

It wasn't a coup, it was a civil war, it's been going on for ten years made up of multiple factions. What just happened was an offensive as part of that civil war. Yeah they have backing, so did Assad. Saudi Arabia, turkey, USA backed rebel factions, Russia and Iran backed Assad.
Assad is a Ba'athist, as was Saddam Hussein. He basically had the same enemies and allies as Saddam.

They're dragging us into their wars to accomplish their goal, Greater Israel. Ever wonder why ISIS and Al-Quaeda don't attack Israel?
Israel isn't happy just stealing land from Palestinians.

Netanyahu needs war to stay in power - as soon as the warring is over he is out and likely going to jail. That's what this has all been about, IMO, his desperation to avoid getting overthrown - which he was about to be - and we all know you don't change regimes in the middle of a war. The original attack was very bizarre.

That article is six years old
Re: Syria: Any thoughts
There are four headlines there. It's a progression.
Meaning, this isn't a new development.
Like saying Palestinians started the war with Israel on 10/7 when Israel had already killed 38 Palestinian kids before October.
Look at the date. Meaning 3 weeks after this article, Palestinians attacked Israel. And then they said Palestinians started it. Clowns.

I posted this several months ago also, and people just scoffed, " You wanna listen to the UN??"

The problem? This is a thread about the overturning of the
Bashar al-Assad regimen. If you're trying to claim Israel was behind it I think you are doing a disservice to the ones that actually accomplished it. Bashar al-Assad was a tyrant, Assad and his family have had their foot on the neck of Syria for fifty years. What an accomplishment to rid the world of him. Or perhaps Assad being a criminal is fake news in the world you live in

I'm not going to act like it's all unrelated.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Tue Dec 10, 2024 12:36 pmThe problem? This is a thread about the overturning of the

In the same way that they're obviously trying to get us prepared for war with Iran. Now they're blaming the "drones" in New Jersey on Iran. It's pathetic what people will eat up. Then when there's war with Iran, they'll be like, "Why are you acting like it's related?"
Yeah, out goes Assad and at the same time Israel claims more territory in Syria to continue their march to complete their Greater Israel ambitions before Trump gets into office and demands peace. Total coincidence.
It's all about the same thing, Israeli control of the region.
