Israel is certainly taking advantage of it, you want to give them credit for doing it? okay then. How about Biden, he'd like some credit too. In fact him and Netanyahu seem to be bickering over it.

Here's part of a comment from a Brookings institute representative. They are refusing to give Biden credit because they don't think he deserves it
“It is probably untoward for the Biden administration to take credit — it was ultimately Syrians who took the actions that freed them from this brutal regime.”

“There was no evidence of a wider U.S. strategy that was aimed at the outcome that we have seen in Syria over the past week,” she concluded. “Washington took its eye off the ball in Syria many years ago.”
Both Netanyahu and Biden would love to have the overthrow of Assad be part of their legacy because it would be viewed as an accomplishment. Do they deserve it, in your mind Netanyahu seems to at least. I would rather not give either of them credit for anything. I think credit should go to the Syrians

Given everything that has happened in the last year, with Israel fighting with all their neighbors trying to claim more territory, I have no doubt Netanyahu is behind what happened in Syria. They claimed territory as soon as Al Quaeda took control of Syria. Of course it was planned that way all along.

All Netanyahu has to do is direct his terrorists what to do, as said in the videos I posted.

You guys can believe Iran has drones targeting New Jersey if you want.

Iran's story seems a lot more credible.

On the left, Ukraine's Zelensky (Jewish), and on the right, former commander of Al-Quaeda, and supposed Muslim, "Abu Mohammed al-Jolani". Very dubious past imo. Came out of nowhere like Zelensky.

Guess we'll see what happens there. He obviously didn't object to Israel seizing control of the Golan Heights just after the fall of Assad. That's odd, isn't it...

Funny that the former Al Quaeda commander is a good guy in your tale.

Here's his service record. Looks like ISIS and Al Quaeda.

Overthrowing a dictator doesn't make you a nice guy, but it does make you the winner. What's going to happen now with Syria who knows. That's why I question Israel being behind it so to speak. They would never be able to control it. It will most likely turn into an unstable radical Muslim state. Think American support of the Taliban in Afghanistan. There be some advantage to getting rid of Assad in terms of Iran's influence but that's about it. But opening the door to who knows what sort of regimen now? It's hard for me to see them feeling comfortable that be an improvement. I think it's reasonable that they would rather have had the secular Assad as a neighbor than the radical islamist Ahmed al-Sharaa
