Sales are down, profits are down, new models are lagging, he's being sued for funneling resources to other projects. He's a good salesman, he's kept the price propped up promising AI and robots. It would make me nervous

Bad? I'm saying if I was a Tesla stockholder I would be concerned as the CEO is he focused on the company, he seems distracted these days with other projects.
It's another odd aspect to what's going on

The stock’s move “bore no relation whatsoever to the company’s financial performance… or to its outlook for growth in the coming year,” JP Morgan equity analyst Ryan Brinkman wrote, noting the company has become “completely divorced from the fundamentals.”
So as a meme stock, TSLA is doing great. But for how long?

Alan Ohnsman is a "climate kook". Musk is not. He's a realist who has advanced innovation that will never be enough for the "prophets of tech" who think themselves brilliant but can't change a lightbulb. Ohnsmans preoccupation with Tesla is rather political because of Musks new found mission.
Well, the truth is, Musk could walk away from Tesla and never look back. And if Ohnsman wants to 'save' the shareholders, he should buy a few shares and instigate a buy-out.
