Certain members of the US Supreme Court are growing weary of the "injunction game" where a federal judge, in clear opposition to the law, the Constitution and Executive authority holds in favor of a politically motivated 3rd party.
The check on Article 2 is Article 1....IOW....the Check on the President is Congress.
