I'm not defending Trump on this one at all, and think his post was tasteless and totally out of line.

HOWEVER, having said that, the same people that danced on Charlie Kirk's grave, made joyful TikTok videos and were genuinely happy when Kirk was assassinated are the same people so offended by Trump's post. Do they even understand what total hypocrites they are?

This is why I added "Charlie Kirk has nothing to do with this". Really, what percentage of people were like that? Plus I have a personal thing about whaddaboutisms, to me it's a deflection that excuses one from personal accountability.

I think most liberal reaction to Kirk’s death was similar to mine. Muted, sorry that he was murdered, but not going to mourn for him.

I just watched a YouTube video of 2 guys from Canada who left from Boston and traveled all the way to California without paying a single dollar for transportation, food or shelter. Their rule was they had to ask for those things every place they went. You should watch the entire thing. Your myth that America is evil, horrible, racist and all the other things you whine and complain about every day are swept away completely. Oh, and by the way, 90% of the people who gave them things were white, Christian men, most of them poor themselves.
