Just that Donn is so fucking dense that he can't understand that Vance has changed is mind. Donn posts about it like like it's the defining issue in this election.....sorry, he doesn't. He posts fragments of his thoughts and we all have to ask him to define what he is posting.

It's a monumental difference changing your thoughts on policy vs calling somebody the next Hitler and then deciding to run with them.

HTH.
He realized he'd been brainwashed like the rest of the muppets that believe it.

Either way, I don't think anybody is or was all that excited about JD Vance. He's as trustworthy as Pence.

But,

Trump/Vance >>> Harris/Walz

That's what it comes down to.

And it's not close.
I've never called Trump the next Hitler. Neither has Donn.

That was his running mate. On multiple occasions.
JD Vance is a vagina.

Nobody cares.

Vance already said he saw Trump do well in his first term and it changed his mind.

Would I trust anyone that needed their "mind changed" about Trump? No chance.

But did he make clear why he changed his mind? Absolutely.
That's from 2020
“Trump has just so thoroughly failed to deliver on his economic populism (excepting a disjointed China policy.)”

A very interesting poll just dropped:

The Selzer Poll of the Des Moines Register just posted Harris +3 as their final poll in Iowa.

The Selzer poll is considered the gold standard of state polls as the final poll has been within 1-2 points of the final results Iowa in the last 3 Presidential elections. Other polling done in Iowa was WELL off... mostly leaning toss up in 2012, and closer margins between Trump and Clinton/Biden in 2016 and 2020. Selzer was on record stating that the 2020 election would be a lot closer than polls were indicating. Selzer also pegged extremely close polling to actual results in gubernatorial and senate races over the years.

2020 President: R+7 (R+8)

2016 President: R+7 (R+9)

2012 President: D+5 (D+6)

The poll is drawing significant ire among GOP/MAGA talking heads who previously used the poll (+4 for Trump in September) as an indicator that he will perform well in the Rust Belt states. If this poll is indicative of Rust Belt trends in this election, it spells doom for Trump in swing states like Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.

I don't know if the poll will mean anything. But if Trump loses Iowa or it's even remotely close (within 5)... the trends point to very bad news for Trump.
THE "GOLD STANDARD".......do you finally see how incredibly STUPID you are? Just admit it, we'll be waiting.

Outstanding comment. I am literally the last to know - I watched no election coverage - went to bed last night having NO idea but I did hear rumblings trump was doing well. My first reaction is utter fucking relief. Trump, Tulsi, RFK, Elon, Vance, and the republicans actually took the senate too - I think we have a chance to get the country back on track, out of war, out of debt, back to common sense, and the fucking purge of illegals coming is going to be glorious. The salty tears of the stupid are gonna be tasty today. The stunning irony is the Trump haters/kamala supporters don't grasp that this win is a win for them too - shit is gonna be better. Now, let's see what can actually be done. So. Fucking. Relieved.

Yes, I too, feel unburdened by what has been.

America, fuck yeah!

At least we won't have to endure a littany of impeachments for at least two years although the Dem minority in Congress may still try to slap together some investigatory panels in order to divert the nation's focus from the really pressing issues at hand.

Trump had better find himself some trusted Secret Service agents because I have a feeling that someone is going to take another shot at him.

Side note: Waiting for all these Hollywood types to pack up and move like they promised.

Hope Bobby DeNiro is doing okay.

There were literally fireworks going off in my neighborhood when Pennsylvania got called and then again when Wisconsin clinched it.
