It seems to me that if President Trump is in charge of the Executive Branch, he has hire/fire authority over all it's positions.

Now if a branch/department is funded by congress (or under authority of congress), it stands to reason that congress can fire/hire at will.

Judges have no authority over either of these two branches in regards to hiring and firing. Just the idea that a "pissant judge" thinks that he has that authority..... fuck me running.

I can't imagine many democrats being happy with gutting the Department of Education or rolling back climate and environmental protection initiatives. I don't think it would matter who would be doing things like that. If it has been Harris, she'd be getting criticized from the left and center. (Point of reference: lots of Democrats are really unhappy with new Washington Gov. Ferguson because, in seeking to address the state's budget deficit, he wants spending cuts before seeking new taxes.)

I don't think this is correct. There are lots of democrats who aren't on board with all the gender/pronoun/MTF transsexuals in women's sports things. If you say everyone on the left is in lockstep, you are missing what real people think.

And there is lots of backlash against the "leadership" of the Senate going along with the "continuing resolution" to keep the government open.

And there has been a lot of backlash against support for Israel versus Palestinians.

There are reasons why democrats hate DOGE. Our Minnesota Governor is a hater. He's joined the throng of motor mouths decrying the national audit...

But noticeable in his rhetoric are manufactured lies (for party consumption) . One whopper was a 30 second sound bite by Gov Walz where he accused President trump of "cutting" Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and starting a "Trade War" with Canada. Gosh....really ?

Another falsehood of a class envy/ warfare type is: Musk and Trumps motive of self aggrandizement in all activities since the inauguration.
Yeah, like the richest man in the world is going to use the audit information to what ? steal identities and wealth ? Blackmail ?
