He took it to the court he'd stacked and they wouldn't even bother to hear it, that's how stupid it was.

That isn't how the Supreme Court works.

And you stating that President Trump 'stacked the court' is a bunch of bullshit and shows you to be the fucking lib-tard that you are.

You're just a bitter little lib-tard that is upset that we have a REAL "Constitutional Court" as a Supreme Court. Not the court the libs need in order to make the world that they want and not the one that is supported by the constitution and law.

Excuse me but it is how the court works and I'm not the one doing the whining. I'm not upset about anything.

I didn't see what technicality the Supreme Court refused the case, but I do know the election was a mess.

And about Trumps lawyers being in trouble, BS, it just takes time for truth to come out, especially when the media is controlled by the other side-

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear appeals from attorneys aligned with Donald Trump who were sanctioned over their efforts to overturn the former Republican president’s 2020 election loss.
The justices’ decision, issued without elaboration, leaves in place a Michigan federal judge’s 2021 order imposing punishment on prominent conservative attorneys L. Lin Wood and Sidney Powell for their work on a lawsuit against the city of Detroit and other defendants.

Although the Supreme Court may hear an appeal on any question of law provided it has jurisdiction, it usually does not hold trials. Instead, the Court's task is to interpret the meaning of a law, to decide whether a law is relevant to a particular set of facts, or to rule on how a law should be applied.

See that weird word "appeal". What President Trump wanted was for them to hear the case directly with no other courts below hearing it first.... which would have been the fastest way.

The Supreme Court most typically functions as an appeals court. While the Supreme Court has some original jurisdiction (cases it can hear directly, such as disputes between states), the majority of its work involves reviewing decisions made by lower federal and state

Trump had a wonderful day with black voters today.

It was pretty inspirational if I'm being honest.

I think that's pretty accurate. I was thinking the same thing myself in terms of Vance. I could see Trump getting irritated with the attention shifting to Vance. I don't think Donald cares what type of attention it is so long as it's focused on him
“The media is going to go into overdrive over the next 24 hours of all the ‘bombshells’ from this interview, as it has every other time Trump the matador waves the red cape and the media follows,” said Doug Heye, a former Republican National Committee spokesperson. “Meanwhile, the conversation today and tomorrow will not be on cat ladies or coconuts, etc. but back on Trump. Where he wants it.”
For the record, Harris's mother is indian, her father is black Jamaican. Wondering if the republicans will ever get to actual issues rather than attacking Harris for her race, gender, laugh, whatever. Indicates to me they are struggling to get a focus on the change of direction to the race

Believe Trump backers filed over 60 lawsuits in regards to the 2020 election. Some were not appealed to the supreme court, some were asked to be expedited and many were taken to the supreme court with a writ of certiorari, that is a request that the decision be reviewed, that is appealed. I don't believe the court acted on any of them. That is, they didn't see an issue with how lower courts had applied the law.
