I wanted to point out that part of the reason for the he delays in the reporting of votes in Pennsylvania and Georgia is because the legislatures specified by law that mail-in votes couldn't be tabulated early. These are Republican controlled legislatures. So they set up the scenario of in person voting going majority for Trump, but votes counted later (NOT votes arriving later) going majority for Biden. I think Florida did it the right way: count the early votes as they come in, then be prepared to release (close to) a complete count on election night.

Irony to me: Republicans complaining about an outcome that was created because of laws passed by Republicans.

Today is Thursday. The election was on Tuesday. Most of the states like Florida had no problem reporting totals. States like PA, GA, NV are frozen in time. Why? We're not given a good reason for the delay. Every vote must be counted, I guess. No updates. AZ and NV keep pushing off their vote totals. When they give numbers they only give a trickle, and always in Biden's favor.

This is the biggest in your face scam since the Kennedy assassination.

We are given a reason, same as every other reason. They point the finger at a Republican. Like I said, Seattle and Portland? Democratic Governors, Democratic Mayors....who does Biden blame when the Summer of Love turns into murder, rape and a decemated city? The Republican President! You can't make this shit up, and the people bought it, hook line and sinker. Trump says mean things, so lets get rid of the guy. The economy was up from Obama and before COVID unemployment was at a 50 year low? So what, COVID hit, must have been his fault. The news filled up with racial tension? Must have been his fault. I can't wait to see who they all blame now.

Here is a good one, I am now hearing that it will take time. So, Obama had eight years, Trump fucked it up in four, even thought the economy and unemployment were better, but it will take Biden "some time" to fix it!? They are already making excuses!

You can bet your ass they will be blaming trump for everything bad that happens for the next four years claiming he did so much damage in four years it will take a generation of Dem Potus to dig out of it. Book it.

That is a total cop out. They should have counted as people voted and just not reported them. The other rule they should implement is the mail in ballots need to be post marked by the prior Thursday or Friday so they can be counted on election day. People literally have months to get it in and the mail it on election day??????? If you miss the Oct. 30th deadline drop it off in a drop box you pathetic lazy ass fuck.

I agree with counting as the votes arrived, but as far as I know the Pennsylvania law doesn't even allow opening ballots and counting prior to election day. (Sorry if I was unclear: by "tabulating" I meant counting, not simply reporting.) And the Republican-controlled PA legislature turned down an explicit change to that law in the last few months.

I also agree with some sort of national standard, but the Elections Clause of the Constitution says it's up to the states. Some states say the mail ballots have to arrive by Election Day. Some say later. I'd like national standards, but I think it will take an amendment to the constitution.

One final thing: I really dislike the drip-drip-drip of returns. I'd prefer to specify we will have 51 news conferences on some set date (let's say, 10 days after Election Day, to allow for overseas military ballots and such to arrive) and then please the results all at once. I'm sick of "Democrats lead in Florida with 0.00004% counted! Let's see if this holds up!" and similar @#$%

20 years ago after the 2000 election I came up with a vote by phone idea. This was before smart phones and texting. Less hackable than the internet and people couldn't scream about poor people not having computers.

Each registered voter would be mailed a code. Each code would obviously only be allowed to vote once. Dial in just like you would a bank to check your balance. Enter your code and and vote. 1 for Trump and 2 for Biden. Polls could be open from midnight on election day until 8pm PST. Computers would be tabulating throughout the and 5 minutes after the "polls" close they could announce the winner. Too F-ing simple for the Government though.

And libs want the government to run Healthcare when they can't even run an election once every four years. F-ing mind boggling.

It doesn't take the Democrats long to count votes. It takes time to gather them for processing. This is what we're seeing in Philadelphia and Atlanta. They are going out to correct ballots and gather new ones.

The Dems halted their vote counts on election night to get an idea of how many votes they needed. Once they have the number they know how many ballots they need to come up with.

Trump will try again to invalidate the extensions in PA, NC and GA. The last time he tried this for PA it was deadlocked 4-4 and sent back to the state. But now Trump has ACB on the bench. If successful, it would mean that hundreds of thousands of ballots will come off the board, giving Trump a comfortable victory in those states.

Nevada is said to be just as corrupt with the mail in votes. They're going to need to mount an attack there.

I think MI and WI should go under audit. The anomalies in turnout, hundreds of thousands of ballots that show up in the middle of the night. Investigate!

Biden will declare victory tomorrow but this is far from over.
