So the Gov has had HB 1240 on his desk since yesterday. It just goes to show everyone that this bill is not about saving lives.

One of the arguements was around the emergency enactment clause in the bill that would make the bill into law the day Inslee signs it. It was requested that this emergency enactment to be removed so courts could hear arguements ahead of the bill going into law. But the dems and Inslee refused because, according to them, the emergency enactment is about "saving lives".

But here we are, day two of the Bill setting on Inslee's desk. And guess what? He isn't going to sign it today either. Nope. He's waiting for the gun control parade from DC to show up for this "historic" signing. So, see, it is not about saving lives. It is about control and politicing. This order won't be signed till around mid week or so next week. The dems want to make sure Cathy Gifford and the other dem friends in DC are all hear to pat Inslee on the back.

It's not about saving lives. It is about control and political agendas at your expense.

Today is the day Commrade Chairpronoun-neutral Inslee will sign HB1240 into law. Once he signs the bill it will take effect immediately.

Today is also the day a lawsuit will be filed in Grant County Superior Court which will request an emergency injunction of the assault weapons ban.

Today also may be the day that Judge Benitez of the 9th Federal district may release his decision on California's assault weapons and "high capacity" magazine bans.

It's official. Your American rights have been weakened unconstitutionally today by a state level tyrant that wants to control you. HB1240 has been signed into law.

Inslee has once again weaponized his pen against the American people in this state today. He has signed into law HB 1240 which takes effect immediately. He also signed into law SB 5078 and HB 1143.

Two law suits have been filed requesting emergency injunctions have been file against the newly signed laws.
Guardian Arms LLC and Others v. Jay Inslee filed in Grant County Superior Court today.
Hartford, et. al v. Ferguson filed today in the Western District of the US Courts in WA

Judge Robert Bryan rejects the weapons ban injunction in WA State, citing his off the cuff decision while completely ignoring Heller and Bruen. This 88 year old piece of dust likely hasn't read any Supreme Court decision in a decade, and just thinks he can write his own decisions from his inferior court bench and completely shrug off Supreme Court decisions

He states that the plantiff has to prove that semi auto weapons are in common use. He's fucking wrong. And further balances the interests of the State against the rights of the People. This man is a fool and needs to be removed from the bench.

It is not on the Plantiffs to bear the burden of proof on something that has already been decided on through the Supreme Court. WTF kind of bush league bullshit is that?! And secondly, WTF! Really! You side of with the State under a foundationless argument while undermining the 2nd Amendment?! Give me a fucking break.

SCOTUS is going to jump all over this one and retire his ass once Bryan submits his decision. What a fucking piece of work.

Way to cherry pick a quote.

The court actually bounced it back down, thus leaving it in place for the lower courts to decide.
(a very common practice)

It will be heard before the SC within the next year because there are too many of these 'laws' happening.

We'll see what happens on July 28th in New Orleans.
