I didn't say he was in it for himself. I pointed out some of the ways he can profit from it. And because you feel others may have profited has nothing to do with it, isn't that what we are trying to get rid of?

Come on Trump and his wife have their own bitcoins now while at the same time he wants to deregulate them, conflict of interest much? How is that clearing the swamp as opposed to just repopulating it
I love how every thread on this forum you post in generally falls into either the "I have no opinion" category or the "contrarian opinion" category, except when it comes to Trump or anyone within his orbit - then you are 100% outraged. Every single time. You try to do it low key like but everyone sees it for what it is. He could save a family from a burning house and you'd be the "yeah, but what about the house?" guy. You are wishy washy about virtually everything - except Trump - and for no identifiable reason. Come to think of it, you are the text book Dem these days. All about this silly performative outrage while the rest of us laugh and laugh and laugh as you double down on the dumb.

The point of a conflict of interest is the availably of person'al gain. The current administration is rampant with conflict of interest situations, with trump and musk leading the way. Everyone is outraged it seems with the swamp but nobody minds the trump administration's various avenues of personal gain . I'm not outraged. I think it's hilarious, drain the swamp! love it lol :D

Here's an illustrated guide to Trump's conflicts of interest, sure drain the swamp, what a joke :D

Honestly dude, posting a NT Times article as some kind of proof of anything - is insulting to my intelligence. All they have done for 20 years is pump up the dems and fan trump outrage - one of the most hilariously biased publications on the planet - and you expect me to take this seriously.   Grow up. I have no idea what your NYT outrage list is, but my biggest concern about Trump is about developing Gaza and the surrounding area for personal gains. He's a real estate dude, that place is the perfect target, that's what I would be worried about, and I am. Especially having full Israel support.

Anyone pretending DOGE is a bad thing is an absolute idiot or is profiting from the scams. Period.

Where was your outrage at the Biden's criminal activity? Dude, you're a hypocrite. All you do is whine about Trump while giving the dems a pass.
Wash, rinse repeat.

You think the NYT made that up, seriously? You don't think Donald would challenge it if they did? Sorry that you don't like the messenger but those are the facts.

Why are you associating me with Biden? I didn't vote for him. There's life beyond trump and the democrats. What we are discussing here is Donald draining the swamp. So what you are saying he's no better at it than the democrats? That's my point!

Who did you vote for?

Or are you saying that because you live among the ladyboys of Thailand and didn't get a ballot? We all know you didn't vote Trump...

If Elon Musk and Trump are the two that benefit from DOGE, nobody's going to let them forget about it.

So far, they're going fist deep up the corruptions ass. We love it, despite what the socialist rag The Economist says in their very scientific, I'm sure, polls.

And we love seeing you braindead libs seethe about it.

The "Joke" is the permanent outdoor stage and cameras and fawning press showcasing the lying sacks of peat moss Dems. You know they can and did find a cause-celeb stage on the flatbed of Planned Parenthood. (Oh, and there's another taxpayer expense headed for the chopping block)
Hakim Jeffries is street preaching with the unelected civil servants standing around like bumps on a log....as if they make the country run.
The punch line is the fact that Democrats appear numb to the insanity they stand for. 9 billion so far for "Migrant aid in NY City" ???
Put that in the crack pipe and smoke it...We don't want it anymore. The border to ballot Democrat scheme is over with. DOGE is intended to irritate. It's like taking booze away from a drunk.....something he needs that he has not the will to do himself.

Well I will say, Elon doesn't seem to be doing his car business any favors. That's an odd combination, electric cars and his new found aversion to global warming theory. I get the feeling he's lost interest in building automobiles. If I was a shareholder I'd be nervous but they seem to be hanging in there with him

I don't think they're your typical car dealer that's going to crank out new styles year after year. They just sent out the Cybertruck, seemed like a pretty big deal for them.

Seems they take orders for what types of vehicles they have, then they make them and deliver them.

If you were a shareholder, you'd be just as fortunate as the rest of them have been. Maybe that's the problem, you bitter?

Tesla isn't spinning on their thumbs waiting for cars to sell-
