And btw there is no "Greater Good" that justifies the suffering of Dogs. So you can go F yourself with that Bullshit too. My company has alleviated the suffering of Millions of people without a single Dog being involved in the clinical development.
How did your company do it? I thought using animals in trials was a standard practice.

The problems i have with western pharmaceutical companies is that the people that run them are all massively wealthy while the life-extending and pain-reducing drugs with multitudes of negative side effects their companies produce are generally so expensive that it requires a socialist system for the vast majority of people to be able to afford them without mortgaging their homes and declaring bankruptcy. Of course that means we're all paying for it and it is one of several ways in which the middle class continues to be erased while the numbers of filthy rich and utterly destitute continues to grow. The people that work for these companies are highly commendable and do a great job, but there has to be less greed at the top and more efficiency within the entire process because if it operated in a purely capitalist environment it would fail.

Also, big pharma execs have a lot of deaths on their hands for incentivizing doctors to overprescribe opioid pain-killers the past 10-20 years. But it made them lots of money.

So, that's your line in the sand.
Mice okay to torture, but not dogs?
What about cats, rats, bunnies, horses, cows, pigs, elephants, deer, etc...?

I certainly can understand how people can love their pets. But drawing a line in the sand is always a sketch thing. How do you feel about those in this world that eat dogs?

If you can't see the difference between mice and dogs, I'm not sure how you can see the difference between dogs and humans....

And no, mice are not tortured in clinical trials to my knowledge....

I have a cousin that loves mice and has had several as pets.

Mice are not stupid animals.

As for seeing the difference between dogs and humans....you can't tell me you wouldn't mind some humans on all fours barking like a dog. ;)
