What Trump said about Rob Reiner's death

So even though Reiner had about the worst TDS of any Hollywood celebrity, he was by all accounts a good man and in my personal opinion an outstanding filmmaker, and you can't even begin to defend what Trump said about his death. He and his wife get stabbed to death by their son and Trump just immediately blurts out that he was killed because of his TDS. What the fuck. Doesn't even wait for details and makes it all about himself.

This is just embarrassing, and I don't know what's sadder, that we have to settle on having an egomaniacal President who says stupid shit like this, or that the Democratic and Republican parties are so awful that they can't come up with a better person to put in the White House.

I voted three times for Trump and would do it over again as it's about who I think can do the job the best and not who pretends to be the nicest person. However, while I admire certain things about Trump like his tenacity, I wouldn't want to have dinner with or watch a game with the guy and I think he's really starting to mentally deteriorate. This shit is just inexcusable.

Also, Charlie Kirk has nothing to do with this.

I don't know what's happend to Trump, but he is losing support fast. Here in Cal our utterly moronic gov and his insane policies are driving out Shell and Chevron - they are closing refineries and moving to Texas - because this state's policies are so fucked up you cannot do business here - gas on my corner is $4.75 - and it's about to explode.

I don't know how things have gotten so bad - it's almost like this is all by design. No one could do this shit and not consider and/or understand the incoming reactions and consequences - right? I used to read Reiner's X account and believe me, I know all about his TDS. Trump didn't have to "honor" him, but what he said was more stupid than anything Reiner ever said, and that's saying a lot. Either Trump shouldn't have said anything, or at least waited to find out happened and said "You know what, I didn't like that guy, but that's terrible". The POTUS should not say the shit Trump says, and he's a reflection of our society in general which is not at all a good thing.

People are what people are. If Nick's brain is totally fucked up, there's nothing that anyone can do about it. This is why I added "Charlie Kirk has nothing to do with this". Really, what percentage of people were like that? Plus I have a personal thing about whaddaboutisms, to me it's a deflection that excuses one from personal accountability.
