You really should view the video embedded in the article. The guy who is narrating is African American and explains exactly what is going on. Personally I'm surprised that the "little white dude" who is giving everybody the finger didn't have it broken for him. Good to see the police showed up when they did or the people sitting, having dinner, came very close to handling it themselves. And most of the diners were African Americans.

Mayors and city councils, many of whom rose to power on the various activist agendas, are in compliance with BLM, fear their reprisals, and have thrown their own police departments under the bus. When the police stand down as an act of self preservation because they are managed by mouth pieces of the mob and legal retribution, person and property are more than at risk.
How ironic, at a time when the Minneapolis city council pulled the plug on law enforcement, several council members have employed private security on the taxpayers dime to the tune thousands per week.
