As late as the 1960s film documentaries about Equatorial Africa that depicted their Stone Age existence were on channel 9 every week. Chicago has been led by LIBERALS for my entire lifetime, so if "systemic racism"..still exists, how many more lifetimes of LIBERAL CONTROL do you figure it will take to magically transform Negroes from being the lowest IQ race on Planet Earth, most violent race on Earth and instead becoming into fully functional members of our society...?
I'll take my chances with "RACE MIXING" making this PIPE DREAM happen much sooner.
