Amazon strike

Post by Grandma Lynn » Sun Jun 04, 2023 8:47 pm

Don't you think being at work
and around your fellow workers
is a good thing?
Between the smartphones and
staying at home, who needs
anyone else? Will you be able
to communicte face to face with
anyone?
You have leave for a pregnancy
already. Sick leave also.
People are getting too lazy.
Chose, work or not work. I
know it's easy for me to say
now I'm so old.
Stay out of your work place
and lose your job. There's
many people to take your
place!

It's not like they are asking them to go into the office more than three days a week, either. They can also flex that time and work during non-rush hour traffic, as I understand it.

If I see one more 27-year-old Amazon man-bun explaining how he needs work-life balance, I'll puke.

Yeah, I forgot the metrosexual beard part. My favorite ones are the perfectly manicured two or three-day growth beards that just scream, "I'm so fake busy, I didn't have time to shave. My pronouns are I, Me, Homo."

My idea of proper man grooming is showered, shaved, combed hair, brushed teeth, clean fingernails and clean clothes.

I agree, but must add plucked nose hair and groomed eyebrows.
