The fatal flaw is in their view of man. Anarchists hold a version of the Rousseauian Enlightenment philosophy that says man is basically good. And thus he can live freely, peaceably and productively in the absence of government (the instrument of their corruption).

Yes there are bad actors in society, but they can only do so much harm without the construct of "government" where they can rob, murder, and enslave on a mass scale. The idea that you can just sprinkle the magical "government" fairy dust and people will act in your best interest is a myth similar to Santa Claus.
