The (D) do not have even the slightest grasp of how Presidential immunity works. And that is going to be a problem for a long time.
The only time the (D) appreciate a court is when they have their own outcome based judge inventing law and procedure.

He's smart, he's on his game, he's sharp as a tack. Strong and steady, he's always on the ball and his strength is unshakable. I see his vigor and energy, I think he's better than he's ever been.
