Hillary conceded, that's a fact. It's not a requirement, but it's become a tradition in the USA. It basically differentiates our country from the less politically developed . That line has become more vague which is interesting. Of course there's the narrowness of elections that is testing things. Again, could you imagine Donald ever conceding?
