I could see an argument for putting him in the leadoff role now that he's been showing some sign of life recently. I really like the kid and I hope he gets it figured out.

It took JP Crawford like 80 AB's to get 2x XBH's...

That's a fair point, but as ISTLM said, he's one of the few in the lineup that can put some pressure on the base paths and put the game in motion, something I believe we need to do more of, given our weak-ass offense as a whole. And he seems to be coming around with the bat. I would want to see more of that though before I considered moving him to leadoff.

Watching that double made me miss the curved walls they used to have in Kansas City where guys would get triples and inside-the-park home runs when the ball would get by the corner outfielder.
