If you have the shift on and one guy covering between 2nd and 3rd, wouldn't you want a guy with speed and range instead of a slug like Seager?

They will occasionally switch the SS and the 3B with 2 strikes. Not sure why. Worried about a bunt?

Nope, just think Crawford can cover more ground. I don't think anybody is bunting against the shift, but they should. Maybe managers think it's "unfair?"

They called it a wild pitch but replay clearly showed glove wasn’t even up in time or proper position. That run should be on Torrens not pitcher

Kinda an unlucky run. Gave up a walk, but that hit on that dribbler to 3rd was luck, then the passed ball (they will call it a wild pitch, but most catchers block that) gets the runners to 2nd and 3rd.

Torrens is horrible. I get frustrating with the hitting, but playing piss poor defense is inexcusable, especially from the C position.

I've seen other teams do it. Not sure if Seattle has or not.
