GT Mariners vs. Anaheim 6/10/2021
Re: GT Mariners vs. Anaheim 6/10/2021
Under 3 hours!
Bullpen game tomorrow.
I am really becoming more impressed with Torrens' bat, Flexen's pitching, and Haniger seems to be coming out of his funk.

Nice win.
Great pitching plus just a tiny bit of offense.

Sewald takes down thier best they have right now. Wow no Trout Rendon and Upton this team is missing them badly. So glad they are not available right now. Don't wish injuries but not having to face them is helping us deeply. Solid game tonight. Steck Sea Gravy Hot rod. Dominate 4 love it.

AT can speak to this much better than I can, but there's something about Julio that just seems special to me. I think he's a future star, not just for the M's, but for MLB in general. Power to all fields, doesn't seem to be pull happy, good head on his shoulders, and tearing it up wherever he goes. Really looking forward to see what he does in the Olympics.seattlefan-daBronx wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 4:45 amThank you for that. Some of you guys really follow the minors well. So if you had to pick one guy behind Kelenic that will be the next "star" player....who is it? Is it Cal Raleigh? Julio?AT Fresno wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 4:42 amObviously Everett is a monster team.... they have 17 hits and 13 runs thru seven innings tonight. Oh wow. Thx AT! How are the kids doing? Looks like all the A clubs are winning bigly.
Modesto stomped Stockton 8-5, Marte with a three hit night. Arkansas beats Frisco 4-3, Jordan Cowan with a pair of hits.
Only Tacoma lost 6-3 to Sugarland. Raleigh hit a double before he left to join the Mariners.
I think Kelenic is going to be good, but I think Julio is going to be better. Cal will be solid, and for a catcher, his bat will be a plus. But not at the Julio/JK level offensively imo.

Nice win! M's made the plays, Angels didn't. That was the difference in the game. Really solid win all around.

Flexen, Steckenrider, and Sewald....3 hit shutout. Fantastic job at third base by Dylan Moore and the M's put up good AB's with a couple chances to break it open..

I think Julio will be our best prospect since Griffey.TraderGary wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 5:03 amAT can speak to this much better than I can, but there's something about Julio that just seems special to me.
