Second guessing deadline inaction only matters if you miss the playoffs by a couple games or so, that's all really a deal can be the difference in isn't it?

Rangers snap a 14 game road losing streak, ouch
“Everybody's shaking their heads a little about this one tonight,” manager Scott Servais said.
Servais proving he is a fucking idiot!
Was there ever a doubt? Lol

After the players revolted and the Astros thumped us, I said the high water mark for this team was 9 games over .500, and by September we would be debating if trying to get back to .500 was even worth it. At least two people said they would exceed the winning percentage they had at that point. Yet, now? They were never any good, certainly not a playoff team. Hilarious.
Read the line not a playoff caliber offense! Why there was no reason to go for it in my mind we are missing many pieces not 1 or 2. Grave doesn’t fix this game but keep beating that dead horse it may get tender enough for you to eat
How does Graveman not fix this game? They gave up a run in the 9th and two in the 10th. You think that happens if they have Graveman and Chargois? I don't.

In some instances, it isn't a matter of just a couple of games out of the playoffs. When the players realize the organization is not about winning, they will often give up. That is what we are seeing now. It's going to be a long, agonizing limp to the end of the season. That's why I am a proponent of having as many kids play as possible when the callups begin. Why bother with this season? Let's see if we can improve our draft position. An added bonus would be rolling Bauers and Long to the curb to make room for two additional bodies.

Tie game in 9th and some would argue Seawald would have been pitching and still gave up run.

Yep, the season is done. September should be about losing ball games and seeing what kids can do up here. Why should it be different. I mean, 2022 is the target, then fucking make it the target and stop Jacking Off and acting like they give a shit about this season.

That said, we are already talking about why would guys come here. In what Universe is this team a contender next year with more kids and the kids we have now? It isn't. It was a Damn joke to believe they could throw this year away because next year will be amazing, and this entire organization is a joke. How much over the going rate would it take for any free agent worth a damn to come here?

Keep bringing up the kids, keep promoting it to the fans like it is the second coming. They can continue to pay jack shit in salary and continue to get people to the stadium. Nothing will change. Only actual fans that would love to watch a playoff game this century will suffer. Oh, and some of the players stuck here that aren't in it for just the money and the ass kissing from local media.

They used Castillo which they didn't have, you think graveman is going to be available in the 10th inning? Honestly, you really believe the issue these last few games has been the bullpen? Okay

I think Cahargois would have pitched earlier in the game rendering Castillo irrelevant and I think Graveman would have pitched the 9th which he did several times in tie games this year. The offense is what it is. Its been that way all year. They were able to overcome it with a lockdown bullpen which is why they were so amazing in one run games. They are 0-6 in one run games since they traded Graveman and Chargois.

Honestly if this thing turned on their record in one run games then I'm with Dipoto and looking to next season

So, he knew we would go from great in one run games to losing six in a row? Cool.

So, what makes next year better?
