Have a co-worker who is in the hospital and is not expected to make it through the weekend. No it's not covid. But the hospital has reinstituted a no visitor policy once again. Her family cannot visit. I had to go in for some tests yesterday, wore my mask and everyone in the hospital was masked up. So I began wondering why they couldn't allow two people at a time to visit my friend. Are they afraid she will contract covid and die in a month when they expect her to go off to God this weekend? And if everyone is wearing masks, and they tell us masks are effective, what's the problem?

On the other hand, why don't they just release her from the hospital so she can go home to her family? Fucking politicians! Fucking administrators! Fucking media! Fucking China!

Nothing makes sense anymore!

This happened to my wifes cousin. Husband in the hospital for 4 weeks, alone, then dies without anyone around.
Makes society angry.

So today I learned that Covid can't cross freeways. I typically go to a Stop and Shop grocery store here in Quincy but wanted a breakfast sandwich at Subway which is in Dorcester. I go in without a mask and eat my sandwich no problem. I then go across the street to the grocer store. Same chain Stop and Shop and they have a poster saying I need to wear a mask. I'm like hell no I will just go to the usual one on the other side of the freeway. Sure enough, no mask requirements at that one maybe two miles away. lol

If that's a "healthy" 16-year-old, the parents should be sent to a re-education camp! She looks at least 80 pounds overweight. That's what cheeseburgers and video games can do to ya! Got to admit that should you go to Walt Disney World, about one third of the people there are overweight.

Gosh we live in a strange time. WThell is wrong with people ? If one is not a busybody, then its a virtue signaler....or both. Think of the rotten character who does deep research on any public figure in order to cancel them. They are the ultimate busybodies....and very socially destructive. They anonymously dig dirt and throw it into the public knowing full fell that the thought police (media) will do the rest. And these slime bags could be part of a political party, law firm, media outlet, or just subcontractors. Arsonists without the property destruction.

Remember the liberal mantra "don't impose your morality on me !!" Are you kidding ? Thats all they do. Remember the Conservative ethos "just leave me alone" ? ....not anymore in the socialist states of Merica. The elites have conformed the populous to be dependent, paranoid, and superficially angry.

Then we have the moral preachers... not the kind in church....but anyone who can claim victimhood and use it as a platform to find fault with others....even if its illusory. Like this mother with an obese child battling covid and who knows what else. What a sorry joke. I don't "feel" for her or her daughter. And frankly, outside her family and friends....no one else does of any consequence. Its just emotional methane.

On the political side...this is Florida. And any anecdotal evidence against DeSantis policy is liberal fanfare...."see,I told you so"

Gee, its almost as if Libs want folks to be sick...so they can worship god-covid and chide others to do so.

Why not ? It goes hand in hand with liberal panic over the Texas Life law.

One state wants children in the womb to live unequivocally (and as an ultimate act of EQUALITY)....but not when liberal orthodoxy is on the line. Oh, no. Anything that stands in the way of universal infanticide, number of which dwarf any covid death numbers, world wide....is anathema.
