Which technically they did by fumbling, but your point is still spot on. Carroll really wants to hang his hat for the entire second half on something like that, which only ended up getting us three points? Like they say, when you coach to not lose, you usually do.

Before the Saints went on the 9 minute drive? What did the offense do every time we had the ball? Besides an 85 yard TD by DK? NOTHING. 3 and outs. Killers. You can't expect your defense to pitch shutouts, but with Pete's bullshit idea of offense? That is the only shot.

Oh that's right, we were down six to the Lambs, I goofed. So five plays total in those situations and he's done this: interception, lost fumble, sack, sack, and his best play: throwing one 15 yards across the field on 4th-and-28 that ended up hitting the ground.

It sure didn't take long for Jared Kelenic to be supplanted as The Most Unclutch Player In Seattle Sports History. At least Kelenic can luck his way into a walk now and then in high-leverage situations.
