Steamer seems to like Toro more and more everyday. His projection is up to 2.8 fWAR.

JP Crawford SS
Ty France 3B
Freddie Freeman 1B
Mitch Haniger RF
Seiya Suzuki LF
Abraham Toro 2B
Torrens/Lewis DH
Jared Kelenic CF
Tom Murphy C

Yes, I've heard some of the comments. JD could still talk to France and say that Frace is good with playing 3B (or 2B) to accomodate Freeman.

France is a good hitter but this puts too much pressure on him, if he goes in a slump. There really is no plan B. Toro can play 1B, but he doesn't really have the bat. At say 2B, France could go on a slump. They aren't expecting as much offense for 2B. All I'm saying is there seems to be many things that can go wrong, especially if someone goes on the IL for a month or so.
