I read and interesting lengthy story on Buxton. Both he and the Twins want and extension but the Twins can't afford to get stuck with a big Salary commitment given their limited budget so they are reticent to give him one given his injury history. He has superstar talent and is going to be seeing the massive contracts the top 5 FAs will get and will expect something close to those.
