Jerry says he has meetings set-up
Re: Jerry says he has meetings set-up
Based on that I would predict an 11 year $250M contract + 12th year that would bring to $300M.
Only 5-6 years of free agency they're buying out at $40M/yr

nowhere near $300 mil...And I don't know if anybody is licking their lips, its a risk but that could be a huge deal for the Rays.

Sounds like it could be a good deal for at least one side. Not sure which yet, but we'll see.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Wed Nov 24, 2021 3:51 amnowhere near $300 mil...And I don't know if anybody is licking their lips, its a risk but that could be a huge deal for the Rays.

Risky of the Rays, Franco may be short changing himself too, sounds like a fair deal

Pretty hard to turn down $223m, I don't care what age you are and what you think your potential is

Seattle's in on the Marcus Stroman sweepstakes as well. Could Seattle potentially land both Stroman AND Gausman? We all saw how pitching was necessary during the playoffs and World Series.

this fansided stuff is getting to be a pain in the ass,its pure clickbait, there isn't anything about the team actually pursuing Stroman, Mariner fans are hitting him up on social media?
Cardinals fans are hitting up Stroman left and right on social media, while the same could be said for the Mariners and Angels. With Seattle, the team almost broke their postseason drought in 2021, but couldn’t get the job done during the last weekend of the regular season.

I didn't realize that Gabriel Gonzalez was #17 in our Top 30 prospects. I don't think I've heard of him before until this trade proposal. And prospects are kinda my thing.

There's also a good article out on Marcus Semien.

I've seen just about every trade proposal there is possible. Gabriel Gonzalez was a first.

Yep, its primarily the Twitter contingent that is 90% young white libs that love the SJW aspect. He is a good pitcher but not top tier.Donn Beach wrote: ↑Wed Nov 24, 2021 7:25 amthis fansided stuff is getting to be a pain in the ass,its pure clickbait, there isn't anything about the team actually pursuing Stroman, Mariner fans are hitting him up on social media?
