What exactly are his options other than refusing a trade.

I side with Aurora on this one. Seems like a bunch of made up nonsense.

So, we lost ten games, and they wonder if we want to rebuild? Duh, that is the only option. We didn’t lose ten games because we had superior talent all over the field and a fantastic game plan. Fuck yes we have to rebuild. Do you do that with a QB starting to show his age? Is there enough here, with no first round pick, to become a Super Bowl contender in one off season? I don’t think so, but I guess the big question is if the organization does.

The last time we missed the playoffs we got rid of a ton of malcontents. I was excited for that rebuild, around Wilson….and expected a down year, but they made the playoffs. But that rebuild, around Wilson? Never happened.

Russ isn’t going anywhere now, but he may not sign a new deal here.

Three QB's in the top 20 Draft Prospects. Not certain if any one of them could step right in, but if we could maneuver into a top draft position by trading Russ, I wouldn't kick, but I don't think any of those three prospects are worth it. If none of the three wow us, then hold on to Russ for another year and try and trade him then.

And yes, I'm not following the Russ-olympics closely.

How exactly does he go about "Exploring" his options. Wouldn't talking to other teams be tampering. So who is he going to "Explore" them with, PC??? Jody???

Maybe he asks his wife to go talk to them?
