My comment wasn't a knock on your prediction abilities, just that when something seems like a slam-dunk and obvious, it usually goes the other way.

no. Recruiters are basically the strippers of the corporate world. They get paid to make you believe you're worth something and that they like you, but really just see you as a paycheck.
