Kelenic likely ends the evening w.o the cycle...

He is however 4 for 4 with 2 basehits to left field including an oppo homer. Maybe he's finally figured out that pull happy is never gonna work.
2 hits went the opposite way today.
I kinda read your post. Doing like 4 things at once, so not really paying full attention to any of them.

He has to show he can hit at this level also. Seems to hit well in minors but not here. I would leave him there for entire season. He needs all the work he can get. Facing minor leaguers is not gonna fix him.
If he continues to hit, they're not likely to keep him down.

It's just not in their plans.
That's true but hoping he can get going at this level. Don't know where he will play. No room with Lewis at Dh. Plus Upton there is just no room unless Wink goes on il
Upton is just insurance. Hopefully Trammell plays well enough that Kelenic stays in AAA and Upton is just the 4th OF

Seth, the odds that 3 outfielders hit well enough to keep Kelenic from getting at bats this year is about 1% lol.

This is the Mariners we're talking about.

If you just jinxed us, I will cut off your balls and feed them to your dog!
Mariners win! We're HEROES!!! I get to keep my balls!

Hey, I had a good feeling about this one, I even called it in I think the fourth post of the game thread. Once we made that 5-6 fielder's choice it was pretty much our night.

He was sent down to relax, he is going to hit there. He will be back soon. They will work with him at the ML level

That game was a good-looking win.

I like Taylor Trammell, tons of potential there.

I'd hope we don't lay eyes on Kelenic again until he's Trammells age (2024).
