Never heard that terminology either but I imagine it is like arm slot. Does he throw over the top or more lazily side arm.

I'm told that development isn't linear so he should be back to OPSing 1.000 in Ark next season.

I don't see how it not being linear means he should be back raking next season. And I wouldn't blame trainers. There is this thing called desire. We talk about accountability, how about the player being held accountable for their being prepared to play baseball
