Wow, I can't imagine. I think I would go without socks and underwear before going without Cable.
You'd be surprised at how well you can make do without cable. I still get to watch almost all the games and the shows I like. I think that Better Call Saul is the only one I end up a year behind on as it's on AMC. Some films I have to rent via Amazon Prime, like we watched Boyhood last night and that cost 4 dollars.

And for the love of Pete, wear socks and draws. You don't want to end up with frank and beans. :D

No TV set? I watch the Red Sox games an my Television set. Get to watch them lose on the 65 inch screen.
Oh, we don't have the basic channels, we have Amazon Prime/Apple/Netflix, all that stuff which is inexpensive. Most of the Mariner games I watch on Amazon MLB At Bat. Seahawks are a little trickier but if the game is only on my phone I learned that you have this thing called Smart View where you can transmit it to the TV.
Apple TV+ is great! It's like $6 per month and has a bunch of great shows!
For All Mankind is going right now and I watch Tehran as well. I'll have to give that spy one with Gary Oldman a try too.

Cable bills are for suckers, could be interesting the impact cable cutting could have on baseball finances

I could save a lot more, about $1000 a month, only eating a cup of noodles 3x a day every day but I am not going to do that either.

I find it interesting that about 20% of discussions around cutting the cable cord is about how great it is and how people can't fathom why everyone doesn't do it and 80% are from those same people crying about not being able to watch what they want due to blackouts or their current service not covering it when the actual reason is because they decided to cut the cable cord.

I'm in Boston and can watch any Pac 12 sporting event just by turning on the the TV and saying Pac 12 network into the remote. My cable, internet and phone are about $200 a month which relative to my $5k mortgage and $1500 car payment is peanuts.

You don't get it, Bro! You can just stream it all for free.

This didn't age will. He was actually not pitching too badly at all.

re.JPG
Still a Mariner. He's in the same situation as he was about a month ago, except he's about $90k richer.
