Churchill's "hears" his D isn't great but who cares. Let him DH. He is 28yo with 2500 PAs and isn't even a prospect so rushing him isn't remotely a consideration. We are in a crisis situation offensively and can't be concerned about great D from a backup catcher. There was also some mention about options but he has never been in the big leagues so he should have plenty.
