He is hitting .125 with a .462 OPS and is slower than me carrying you and your vehicle on my back.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 10:44 amHe better fucking be. He's under team control cheap and will tear this 2nd half up, watch DT.

When you get pinch for by Sam Haggerty, you might want to take a look in the mirror to see if there is white powder on your nose.Coeurd’Alene J wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 1:53 pmAdd powder boy to the do not resuscitate list for next yearD-train wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 1:43 pmHe is hitting .125 with a .462 OPS and is slower than me carrying you and your vehicle on my back.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 10:44 am

My overall point being is that I hope he energizes the other starting pitchers we got since they look so friggin tired right now.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 11:10 amI went back and watched his last start vs Miami. He can be a bit wild at times. He does not have pinpoint control. He's susceptible to the homerun ball. Gave up 2 vs nobody's in Miami. Will get you out with stuff and not command. Is fun to watch and when he's on, you will know(unhittable).Lamda wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 3:12 amHaven't seen how Castillo has been pitching obviously but I hope he comes in with something to prove to his new team and with some energy. For whatever reason, all our starters right now look tired with the exception of Flexen. Gilbert/Kirby at least make sense since they are pitching into territory, but either way they all look tired and are just giving up too much lately.TraderGary wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 3:08 am
Great matchup tomorrow and excited to see Castillo make his M's debut. But we have to face Cole so if we win, it might end up being 1-0.![]()
He definitely brings energy if that's what you're looking for. His arm looks fresh. His velocity was down a smidgen in his last start though. Looking forward to seeing what happens today.Lamda wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 5:20 pmMy overall point being is that I hope he energizes the other starting pitchers we got since they look so friggin tired right now.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 11:10 amI went back and watched his last start vs Miami. Give him time. He hit a homerun Monday, and hit a ball on the screws last night that just happened to be right at IKF. He's got plenty of time to get right before the playoffs.D-train wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 1:43 pmHe is hitting .125 with a .462 OPS and is slower than me carrying you and your vehicle on my back.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 10:44 amHe better fucking be. Seems like our starting pitchers have already rubbed off on him a bit with the 3-2 counts and high pitch counts, lol... but yup looks as good as advertised and what we all hoped we'd get.Sexymarinersfan wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 5:56 pmHe definitely brings energy if that's what you're looking for.
