I like the reduction of Division games. Get so sick of the those teams. A little odd that it is close to a straight swap with the NL with no increase in AL non divisional games but not going to obsess about that.

I'm not following? They play 116 games against teams in their own league and only 46 against teams outside their own league.

Yeah its fine. Just seems a little odd that you play almost as many NL teams outside of your division than AL teams when you consider it used to be zero. I'm good with it. The more teams and players we can watch the better.

This is great, no reason we should be playing half our games against the A's, Angels and Astros, gets boring.

M's play 15 consecutive games against the NL in April.

The number of games looks close but that is because there are 15 teams in the NL and only 10 AL teams out side your division. They will play 2 series against each non division AL team and 1 series against each NL team.

I like it. This is far more balanced, and that seems better when teams are battling for the same Wild Card spot from inside different divisions. Not that it hurts my feelings much, but Tampa and Toronto have a much tougher road ahead than we do, and the Central is pretty terrible, so those teams battling for a Wild Card have it pretty easy too.

Now that NL and AL are not unique to each other in any way, why not play everyone.
