Ms could jump back into the top 10 next year. Montez ( need a good nickname), Arroyo 2.0, G2, Axel (who needs a nickname when your name is Sanchez), Young, Miller, Woo, Vanilla missile will be guys to watch. Ford could be a top 15-20 guy if he hits at the next level as a catcher.

Dollard and Hancock could graduate or be moved. I expect a few of the names from the first paragraph to be moved in the offseason as well, but if they go the FA route instead, a year of simmering and the farm could be in great shape.

As far as the rankings go, at midseason next year I expect the Mariners farm system to be ranked a little bit better than it is right now, somewhere closer to the middle than it is now. Though if Hancock graduates it could take another hit. But that would be a good thing.

Yep, guys getting to AA and performing will be the key. At the start of the season, I thought it was fall into the 15-20 range. It is in the 20s because we didn't have a single position player in AA have a good season.

This is just a stunning start for Sanchez. Meanwhile Arroyo is off to a pretty bad start for the Reds. Marte an ok start. This might be Jerry's finest work if Sanchez can take over SS OD 2024 and we can resign Castillo.

This is wild. 1st 8 hitters in the Travs lineup are hitting between .242-.260 and OPSing between .721-.791

Yeah, it's not very impressive. I think Deloach and Rizzo have a chance at some MLB time when both will be at AAA next year, Rizzo maybe with another team. With Deloach, I wonder how maxed out he is just in terms of pure strength. I know we criticize JK because he does a lot of strength work and bulks up in the offseason, but that doesn't mean all strength training is bad. I just wonder if there is room for Deloach to make the ball leave the bat a little harder than it does right now.

My long lost son Austin Warner was converted to a starter and has had 8 starts now with a 2.03 ERA and a 1.00 WHIP. Which is like Bob Gibson numbers for the PCL. Scroll to the very bottom of this page.

A lot to be excited about in Modesto in terms of Bats but Morales still sucks while working on things.....
